CORPORATE YOGA PACKAGES

CHAIR YOGA

(30, 45 or 60 minutes)

This class is designed to cultivate inner calm and concentration to help your employees feel at ease while working behind a desk or throughout sedentary activities. This teaching style is highly accessible and focuses on reducing tension and promoting relaxation around the head, neck and shoulders. Chair yoga is great for improving posture and mobility as well as strengthening the core and back muscles.

MAT YOGA

(30, 45 or 60 minutes)

Mat yoga is ideal for improving physical and mental strength as well as flexibility. This class style supports an array of differing intensities, movements styles, and posture durations to help release unwanted energy and develop a keen awareness of the present moment. This class style offers us insight into the relationship between the breath, mind and body. Mat yoga classes are a supportive tool to help your employees embrace discomfort and lean into challenging situations. 

YOGALATES

(30, 45 or 60 minutes)

Yogalates classes are ideal for improving resilience, strength, patience and attention to detail. This complete workout combines yoga and pilates principles to restore your employees physical and mental health. The pairing of low-impact repetition-based sequences with dynamic and static stretches will inspire your team to create space within the body and peace within the mind. Yogalates classes are great for improving posture, pelvic stability and full body awareness.
