Groovy Greens Smoothie Bowl

Brighten up your morning with this delicious and nutritious green smoothie bowl. A brilliant way to add some wholesome veggies to your morning magic.

Serves: 1 portion

Green Smoothie Bowl Vegan Recipe Nourishment



  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1-3 cups baby spinach leaves


  • Kiwifruit

  • Raspberries

  • Red grapes

  • Blueberries

  • Chia Seeds

  • Coconut Flesh or desiccated coconut


1. In a high-speed blender mix together smoothie ingredients until well combined.

2. Transfer mixture into a serving bowl. (NOTE: if you prefer a sorbet style smoothie, transfer bowl to the freezer for 30-40 minutes and re-blend when you are ready to eat).

3. Slice up your favourite fruits, nuts and seeds and enjoy!
