I've created a unique 12-week customised coaching experience for women who are ready to confidently embody their truth and invest in their holistic wellbeing. This is not a generic follow-along program, this is a bespoke curation tailored to support you in feeling empowered, confident, calm, and capable every step along the journey of your ongoing wellness transformation.

Fortnightly coaching calls -- held over zoom -- that build upon dynamic techniques, soulful reflections, and inner reprogramming to support you in transforming and aligning your breath, mind, body, and soul.

About your coach

Hey friends, my name is Giselle! I was born in Sydney, Australia, although I presently reside in Québec, Canada. 

 

My curiosity for inner wellness blossomed when I discovered yoga and mindfulness practices to support my inner journey of discovery, healing, forgiveness and self-love. Yoga and mindfulness practices supported me in creating a life of confidence, wellbeing and inner peace. Through years of inner work, paired with the practices of meditation, mindfulness, movement and letting go, I was able to transcend deeply rooted anxiety, fear, self-doubt, low self-worth and an unwholesome relationship with my physical body and how I perceived and consumed food.

 

Over the years I have been supporting women across a variety of different backgrounds and age groups in embracing their authenticity and cultivating a life of confidence, wellbeing and inner peace through the pillars of mindfulness, movement, Mother Nature and nourishment. I support women in learning to open their hearts, so that they can meet each day from a space of wholehearted love, radical confidence, compassion and self-acceptance. 

 

I created this coaching space to empower women to reawaken their confidence, cultivate inner clarity, and create calmness within the unfolding of daily life, so that they can nurture and fuel their minds, bodies, and souls from a space of delight, balance and freedom, rather than restriction.

 

My mission is simple: I endeavour to inspire women to cultivate a life of confidence, wellbeing and inner peace.​​
