Smoothie
2 cups frozen berries (such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries)
1 banana
1 beetroot, puréed and frozen
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon (Tbs) water
1 Tbs maple syrup
Toppings
1 banana
4 Tbs toasted Hazelnuts
3 Tbs toasted coconut flakes
1 passionfruit
Fresh strawberries
Your favourite home-made granola or any additional nuts and seeds
Instructions
1. Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and combine until a creamy and uniform consistency is achieved.
