This program is all about slowing down and nourishing the mind and body in a gentle manner, so that you can reawaken your inner peace and ground yourself, lovingly, in the present moment. You will be provided with resources, practices and tools to help you progress on your journey of healing, health and happiness.

ONLINE YOGA PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

G.M. GLOBAL Peaceful Presence is a transformative yoga and mindfulness program uniquely tailored to help you reconnect with your inner peace as you release and rise above all that no longer serves you. Peaceful Presence will help you identify behaviours, emotions and thought processes that are hindering your capacity to move forward and feel at ease with yourself and your environment. From this newfound space of awareness and inner trust you will be able to foster relationships inspired by unconditional love and appreciation for the unfolding of life and the teachings that each day presents us with. This series will help you broaden your perspectives as you cultivate physical, mental and emotional flexibility. We will explore a variety of slow, nourishing, and gentle practices inspired by restorative yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation to help you rediscover your capacity to rise above conflicts and cultivate inner calm. This complete series is an empowering support system to help you feel happy and healthy in your own skin. You will always have the choice to find your own cadence and modify each practice to suit your energy and interests. 

ONLINE YOGA PROGRAM OUTLINE

Through either a 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day schedule, Peaceful Presence will guide you through gentle and nourishing practices to help you cultivate inner peace and dwell lovingly in the present moment. Peaceful Presence classes range from 10-70 minutes in duration, and are inspired by slow-paced yoga principles to help you achieve the benefits you want and deserve.

This program offers you more than 5.5 hours of quality, educative, movement and mindfulness classes to ensure that you have a variety of healing practices to support you as you progress on your journey and rediscovery of the inner peace that is forever available for you. This series will inspire you to create a deep appreciation of the power of slowing down and moving and resting in mindfulness. This series reminds us that sometimes less is more and how beneficial it is to listen and learn from the stories our body shares with us. Peaceful Presence will help you release unwanted emotions, detach from all that no longer serves you, and liberate the luminosity that dwells within you. Each class offers unique modifications and adjustments to ensure you respect your rhythm. Our Peaceful Presence guidebook will help you cultivate a more enriching appreciation of your true self.
