PROGRAM DETAILS
This five day transformative yoga series is designed to help you nourish the breath, mind and body. This powerful program will inspire you to return inwards and trust your intuition as you learn to move and breathe according to your natural rhythm. Throughout the course of five days we will have the opportunity to rise above all that no longer serves us, creating space to expand our inner love and luminosity. We will centre our practice around slow and intentional vinyasa style yoga flows to help us deepen our awareness and our appreciation of the breath-mind-body complex. We will explore a variety of strength-based asanas, heart and hip openers, as well as twisting sequences to help us channel health, happiness and inner harmony.
